carbon.conf: Set PID_DIR=/var/run

Without this, when carbon cache is run from /usr/bin/carbon, it thinks GRAPHITE_ROOT is /usr, and tries to create pidfiles by default under /usr/storage Signed-off-by: Tim Serong <[email protected]>
