Updated hsqldb to 2.3.2
Updated derby to 10.10.2.0 & handle derby log file creation so it is
under target thus git ignore removed too.
Updated postgresql to 9.1-901-1.jdbc4
Replaced deprecated ${basedir} with ${project.basedir}
Added lifecycle mapping for jarjar plugin.
