The PDF-417 Barcode Edition

Among other minor cleanup, this version adds:

• PDF-417 Barcode generation
• JRuby support file & fix for including the jar (too many ..'s)
• Additional functions for managing metadata on the stamped PDF
• Font enhancements
• Ability to use without rails preserved (removed dependency in intermediate commits)
• README updates
• Version bump

Stable release from 2012

This is just a tag for the latest commit to the 0.3.3 version of the pdf-stamper gem.
