Compute@Edge quick deploy

Hosts a service that can fork C@E starter kits, set up a Fastly service, and set up GitHub Actions to deploy automatically. This aims to replicate the "Click to Deploy" functionality of similar services. It is more of a "provisioning tool" than a "deployment tool".

As this is a standard Compute@Edge app, you can clone it and deploy using fastly compute publish. Additionally, the app can deploy itself:
