ath10k: simplify rx ring size/fill calculation

Don't bother with fancy arithmetic and just
hardcode the final values.

ath10k: fix mismatched wmi api call

Fix to use v10.2 wmi call for firmware v10.2.
It turned out that peer association function was using
v10.1 wmi call for v10.2 firmware during code review.

ath10k: split ce pipe init/alloc further

Calling init to reinit ce pipe state would also
re-set all static structure links and setting
(which don't change over driver lifecycle).

Make it so alloc links structures and initializes
static data and init part to setup state
variables and clear stuff.

ath10k: use ether_addr_copy()

As suggeested by checkpatch:

WARNING: Prefer ether_addr_copy() over memcpy() if the Ethernet addresses are __aligned(2)

In wmi.c I had to change due to sparse warnings copying of struct wmi_mac_addr
from form &cmd->peer_macaddr.addr to cmd->peer_macaddr.addr. In
ath10k_wmi_set_ap_ps_param() I also added the missing ".addr" to the copy
command.

ath10k: make target endianess more explicit

Some copy engine structures are target specific
and are uploaded to the device during
init/configuration.

This also cleans up a bit diag_mem_read/write
implicit byteswap mess leaving only
diag_access_read/write with an implicit endianess
byteswap.

ath10k: handle attention flags correctly when using A-MSDU

In case of A-MSDU RX we should check attention flags
correctly to be sure we report correct FCS status for
A-MSDU subframes. Without a patch we could report A-MSDU
subframes with wrong FCS as a correct to the stack, next
get a lot of DUP ACK TCP packets. Finally TP drop is seen
and this drop depends on FCS errors ratio for A-MSDU frame.

Example test case when TP drop is seen:
- ath10k configured as an AP
- used ath10k station
- forced A-MSDU (7 frames) on STA
- other traffic on channel (often FCS errors)
- monitor iface added on AP
- TCP STA -> AP traffic (iperf)

a) Iperf logs for case without the patch:

ath10k: sanitize tx ring index access properly

The tx ring index was immediately trimmed with a
bitmask. This discarded the 0xFFFFFFFF error case
(which theoretically can happen when a device is
abruptly disconnected) and led to using an invalid
tx ring index. This could lead to memory
corruption.

ath10k: fix firmware recovery with ap interface

Beacon data wasn't properly cleared during early
phase of recovery. This in turn caused firmware to
crash because the beacon data was submitted before
vdevs were fully re-configured. Ultimately the
device was considered wedged and nothing worked
until driver was reloaded.
