This is a web application for Rental House Management (with SMS, and Mpesa integration). Without doubt, this is simply the best open-source rental House management system available for the Kenyan market. And I honestly haven't seen any local developer who has been generous enough to offer anything better.
A lot of care has been taken to ensure this app's stability, and to bring back the good old imperative PHP with a new makeup. Here is what you need to know:

Company - import the
Company.sqlfile, from thedatabasefolder into yourPHPmyadmintableCompany - copy all the contents of folder containing the
index.phpfile into your server. - run the
index.phpfile - run the
admin/folder to login into the admin panel

This is the original app as was developed in 2018. A few changes have been made ever since its deployment to enhance its security, stability, and efficiency. Even then, we took care to retain the stability of this application. It's my hope that you will find this app fun to use and easy to improve.
