Run Harvest from the CLI

Expects env vars HARVEST_API_TOKEN & HARVEST_ACCOUNT_ID
Retrieve them at https://id.getharvest.com/

Usage:
   hcli {flags}
   hcli <command> {flags}

Commands:
   help                          displays usage informationn
   start                         start a new timer
   status                        timer status
   stop                          stop the running timer
   version                       displays version number

Flags:
   -h, --help                    displays usage information of the application or a command (default: false)
   -v, --version                 displays version number (default: false)
