Execute an Mako template specified on the command line and output to stdout

Requires Mako templates:
    http://www.makotemplates.org/

Example usage:
    $ python template-runner.py example.in/template1.html
    [PRINTS RENDERED TEMPLATE TO STDOUT]

    $ python template-runner.py example.in/template1.html > example.out/template1.html
    [REDIRECTS RENDERED TEMPLATE TO A FILE]


The example.in and example.out directories can be removed.

The in/ and out/ directories are provided as a suggestion, you can use your own structure/naming.

The contents of the in/ and out/ directories is not tracked by git.
