2. add new heroku app
3. assign one or more BCH addresses to the Heroku config setting => "heroku config:set NEO_ADDRESS_LIST=AedGJPWWALPZgtSXZKEVZs5vYEdxffX7xs,YYY,ZZZ" assign separate addresses by use of commas
