Helios Election System

Helios is an end-to-end verifiable voting system.

The master branch is a fork of Ben Adida's Helios Voting server.

Branch wm-python3-django2 uses Python 3.7, Django 2.2 and Celery 4.3.

Branch wm-py3-django2-heroku uses Python 3.7, Django 2.2 and Celery 4.3 and code for deployment to Heroku.

I have started compiling my own documentation.
