legionus/kbd#127 adds a Georgian mapping to kbd. console-setup already has one. Let's support it here, so it's used for Georgian installs on distros that use this table. Signed-off-by: Adam Williamson <[email protected]>

I tried this out locally and it works AFAICT. This font looks much closer to latarcyrheb or eurlatgr than georgian16 does, and the georgian characters seem a bit clearer, at least as best as I can judge. Here's a screenshot:
