By default both categories and tags are only limited to posts, so when you create a new page in WordPress, you will notice that there is no option to add categories or tags to your WordPress page. You can simple download and activate this plugin in order to add tags to your WordPress pages.
- Upload "/wp-enable-page-tags/" to the "/wp-content/plugins/" directory or upload the ZIP file from Plugins » Add Ne in wordpress dashboard.
- Activate the plugin through the "Plugins" menu in WordPress.
