Minor bug fixes and optimizations

POCO 1.0: NOMS and INFOCOM 2014

This is the first version of [POCO](http://www3.informatik.uni-wuerzburg.de/poco) coming with an intuitive Graphical User Interface.

Additionally, dynamic controller placement in the PlanetLab testbed is implemented.

This version was used for the following two demos:
