[x86][MMX] Rename and cleanup tests: arith, intrinsics and shuffle

- Rename mmx-builtins to mmx-intrinsics to match other intrinsic test naming. - Remove tests that duplicate functionality from mmx-intrinsics.ll. - Move arith related tests to mmx-arith.ll. - MMX related shuffle goes to vector-shuffle-mmx.ll. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@227130 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
