Align FLEVELs with zlib. #128

Before these changes:

level 0 (no compression) FLEVEL indicates maximum compression
levels 2..5 FLEVELs indicate default compression
default and levels 6..8 FLEVELs indicate fast compression

After these changes:

level 0 (no compression) FLEVEL indicates fastest compression
levels 2..5 FLEVELs indicate fast compression
default and level 6 FLEVELs indicate default compression
levels 7..8 FLEVELs indicate maximum compression

Each of these changes replicates the behavior of zlib's deflate().

          Set FLEVEL to 0 for level 0 (no compression).

          Fix/flip FLEVELs for fast/default algorithm levels.
