Create Eco Charge and Eco Discharge work modes

Create emulated work modes number 4 and 5 as convenience shortcuts to enter Eco Mode with a single group valid all the time (from 00:00-23:69, Mon-Sun) charging or discharging with specified charging power (%) parameter.
