BT inverters do not respond to 47547 register read command with 'ILLEGAL DATA ADDRESS', but they do not respond at all.
Adjust the EcoModeV2 setup to consider this behavior.

Add timeout to TCP create_connection.
Add BMS/BMS2 real time monitoring settings.
