EZ extension with some translation tool.

For the moment :
copy_translation.php script copy objects of one language in another language.

run help_cptrans.php for viewing possibles helps.
look at owtranslationtools.ini.append.php to see possibles INI parameters.

Execution :
To copy objects from eng-GB to eng-US :
php extension/translation-tools/bin/php/copy_translation.php eng-US eng-GB
for filters look in owtranslationtools.ini.append.php
or options
--section=<section_id>
--class-group=<class_group_name>|<class_group_id>
values of options can be a list separeted by comma

To copy objects from eng-GB to eng-US only for the subtree of node_id=101
php extension/translation-tools/bin/php/copy_translation_subtree.php eng-US eng-GB 101


TO DO :
- add possibility to specifie a 'section_name' (now only section_id is possible)
- add possibility to specifie 'section' and 'class_group' filters to copy_translation_subtree.php

Notes :
For some objects impossible to publish (objects without a parent_node_id)
for the moment I skip theses, otherwise i got a fatal error :
fetching node by node_id return null.
The error keep only for lost objetcs (objects that lost node in DB)
