Remote LATAM lists U.S. and high-income companies with remote tech jobs in Latin America (LATAM). Our goal is to help tech professionals in Latin America find well-paying jobs with growth opportunities.

Companies can be from anywhere and must offer remote jobs in Latin America. They should also meet one of these criteria:

1. The company offers above-the-market salaries. +55,000 per year (+4,583 per month).
2. The company offers market salary but cool benefits. <50,000 per year, but offers 4-day workweeks or unlimited PTO.
