Updated dependencies to current versions. Fixed some unstability on the test cases that dependend on the ordering of Sets and Maps. Version bump due to change on dependencies. Added information on README about how to launch the HTTP server.

Hi, I have been looking for a general game player library and this has great features.
Here are some updated dependencies to current versions, together with minor code changes to support them.
I also fixed some instability in the test cases that depended on the ordering of Sets and Maps.
Version bump due to change on dependencies.
Finally, I added information on README about how to launch the HTTP server.
