Added support for 3/4 bit and 8 bit ANSI colors for better display on terminal emulators. This changes
zi::terminal::canvas::Colourinto an enum. Implemented the new colors incrosstermbackend.Also changed implementation of
Colour::{black,white}to use ANSI black/white (not bright white) to match terminal color schemes.
