As of twarc-csv v0.5.0 the twarc-csv plugin will not convert referenced tweets into their own rows in the CSV dataset. https://github.com/DocNow/twarc-csv/releases/tag/v0.5.0 We had some questions about this in the docnow slack so I thought I'd try my hand at revising the 12-Twitter-Data notebook a little bit. Feel free to use what you want, or to address it some other way. Thanks again for these amazing notebooks and pointing people at twarc!
