Thanks for the PR!

While merging, I tweaked a few things:

Added Windows support
Adjusted the cmake usage information
No system-wide installation
Support debug+release
Move "replacement main" to the lib\manual-link\ subfolder (still findable via find_library(LIBGO_MAIN libgo_main))
