Original Course Builder (gcb) appengine app:

This is a gcb variant with the following additions:
- CodeLab: an implementation of skulpt and codemirror to allow Python coding within course (html/js)
- Mindmap page: an embedded mindmup mindmap (html/ext js)
- Attendance field in profile (called progress in original gcb): to record attendance of students
- Difficulty label: labels to show how difficult a certain lesson might be
