@adibender please review when you have time. It will need reworking to the text but let me know if you're happy with the broad content that's in there, anything that's missing? For the first examples, I really don't want to spend a lot of time looking for real-world examples and explaining them (like some other books do), which is why I kept them quite (hopefully) inuitive and theoretical, especially as we don't introduce the data until later chapters.
