DESCRIPTION

Review the Log In with Atlas page to identify the correct location in the ToC

Notes:

• Added it to migration jobs before the Create step bc Log In with Atlas is used 2 places
  • Enables selecting atlas instances from a dropdown when creating a migration job.
  • Query converter needs Atlas log in to work
• Seemed more appropriate to include it before creating a migration job. Query converter docs already include a link to this doc where needed.
