ARM: dts: qcom: Add initial support for HTC One (M8)

Add initial device tree for the HTC One (M8) smartphone.

Initial support includes:
 - eMMC
 - Power button
 - USB
 - Vibrator
 - Volume buttons (GPIO)
 - Wi-Fi
