Download a youtube playlist, set a speed for the parts with sound and a speed for the parts without sound.

Tutorial

1. Install Python
2. Install all the required libraries by running pip3 install -r requirements.txt (or python requirements_installer.py if you're super lazy)
3. run the app with python shrinker.py and follow the instructions
