The main explanation of the operation is given in the Youtube video above. Stand-alone VR is not intended. You must connect the VRHMD to your PC, which is called PCVR. If you are using Meta Quest series, use Oculus link / Air link to connect to PC.
Import point clouds files into Content Drawer Drag and drop point clouds to level to display point clouds

Overlay Sphere and point cloud, delete point cloud with HandTrigger & IndexTrigger
Right-click on the edited point cloud file (.uasset) and select Asset Action → Export
If the low FPS is caused by insufficient computer power, try setting the "MAX Bucket Size" to a smaller value.
