• get checked out territories from OTM, allow territory viewing and update offline. sync back to OTM when online

) Define architecture and get sign-off from Reed Colwick. Basic idea is to have OTM expose an API to be called from the Android app. Can we use Intel XDK and make this a crosss-platform app for Android and Apple?
