Add support SOCKS5 (CONNECT IPv4 and Domain Name)

[+] Added support for IPV4 and Domain Name requests to Connect via SOCKS5. UDP, BIND requests & IPV6 are not supported at the moment.
This you can connect with Burp and do name lookups on the implant side
[-] Also removed a couple of log messages that were no longer needed
