Microsoft provides support for a wide variety of products and services. Ensuring that your query finds the right support team is important to ensure an appropriate and timely response. Please consider the following scenarios, which should help you route your query to the appropriate team:
- If you are a publisher in the Azure Marketplace and are still developing your VM, you should engage with your Microsoft onboarding or compute teams.
- If you are a publisher in the Marketplace and have a question from a customer, please tell your customer to request support via the support links at https://portal.azure.com/.
- If you are a publisher in the Marketplace and have a question relating to your app or service, continue reading below.
This article will show you how to:
- Sign in to your Microsoft account.
- Navigate to the publisher support pages.
- Select the problem type and category.
- Request support.
- Provide contact information.
- Describe the problem.
Navigate to https://publish.windowsazure.com/ and sign in with your Microsoft account credentials.
From the upper-right menu, select Get Support.
Available problem types are as follows:
- Account Management
- Reports and Insights
- VM Image Certification
- Managing Customers
- Managing Offers
- Payouts
- Developer Center
- Other
After you select the problem type and category, click the Start request button.
Describe the problem as fully as you can, and provide any files (screenshots, network traces, etc.) that may be helpful in solving your issue.
Once you have submitted your issue, we will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and assign your issue a priority and severity. Our dedicated team of support engineers will assist with its resolution according to our Service Level Agreement response times.
