Pull sound fixes from Takashi Iwai:
 "Two core fixes for long-standing bugs for the races at concurrent
  device creation and deletion that were (unsurprisingly) spotted by
  syzkaller with usb-fuzzer.

  The rest are usual small HD-audio fixes"
