Redesign of the click to reveal functionality to use JQuery

Fully functional, looking pretty and prints nicely to boot.

Hackathon release (2016)

The final version from the Open edX 2016 hackathon. Theoretically fully functional, but still needs proper testing on a live environment. Please get in touch if you try it out.
