This release updates the Antarctica Ice Sheet (AIS) model, according to recent work by Simon Dietz (undergoing review).

It also fixes minor bugs which allowed incomes to fall below the prescribed minimum income level, and which assigned the incorrect parameterization for the AMOC model.
