• requirements.txt now includes Borb. Also fixed dependency of 'show invoices' command on borb. Now you only need Borb to make a PDF as it should be.

• Got rid of totals lines on all pages except the last. Added function translate_null_strings_to_blanks() to avoid having null strings disrupt the pdf-invoices.
