Update evdi to version 1.6.2

This patch updates the RPM build to use the latest version of evdi which is 1.6.2.

Adding Fedora 30 as a target OS

Only build evdi for the kernel that is running on %post

We don't need to pre-build evdi for all kernels in the machine, as
they will get built by the dkms machinery on the next boot (if proper
packages are installed).
