+- `sudo add-apt-repository ppa:phulin/panda`
+- `sudo cp /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list~`
+- `sudo sed -Ei 's/^# deb-src /deb-src /' /etc/apt/sources.list`
+- `sudo apt-get update`
