REQUIREMENTS

Install Arduino SDK from https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/Software

Install https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_NeoPixel to Arduino Libraries folder (eg. ~/Documents/Arduino/libraries/Adafruit_NeoPixel)

INSTALLATION

open main/main.ino (with the SDK)

Select correct Board (Mega 2560) and Port from the SDK's "Tools" menu.

Uplaod with the arrow button.
