Please follow the below steps :
1) Create an aws account
2) Install python
3) Install pip boto3
4) Install aws cli
5) Create a security access key ID and secrete access key in IAM console (Access management), copy and paste
   for future use.
6) Run aws cli command from terminal/bash. It will ask for the access key and secrete key and provide the default
   region. the region name can find it under aws account.
7) It is all set up and then run this python script.

Please note that there are sleep time added in between to get profile, instance,
and volumes available for further processing.
