Remove all configuration variable documentation from configs/README.t…

…xt and Docuemntation/NuttXPortingGuidle.html. The current NuttX configuration is documented in Kconfig files and in Documentation/NuttXSonfigVariables.html. The older configuration variable documentation is not being maintained and, hence, is a liability
