www.readnotify.com – allows an email you send to notify you of when it was read/opened and from what location along with public IP addresses. (compose an email and add ‘.readnotify.com’ at the end of their email address and then send the email.)

www.netcraft.com – resolves information to any website – tells you servers that host website and operating systems running them.
