BIDS tools

This repository contains a number of tools to support the BIDS data structure. The documentation is split over multiple topics:

• Workflow - general outline of the workflow to construct a BIDS dataset
• Donders - specific documentation that applies to the Donders Centre for Cognitive Neuroimaging (DCCN)

This repository provides the following command-line tools to assist in the workflow:

• Reorganize existing BrainVision EEG datasets
• Reorganize existing CTF datasets
• Reorganize existing DICOM datasets
• Reorganize existing presentation and/or behavioural log files
• Reorganize existing nifti datasets
• Convert raw data to BIDS
• Create sidecar files
