We use arm-none-eabi-gcc 7 so I'd like feature parity.
Ubuntu unfortunately only ships the official avr-gcc 5.4.0, but no upstream avr-gcc 7.

Fixes #314.

Argh. Why is Travis still on this list?!? I turned off every integration I could find.

Argh. Why is Travis still on this list?!? I turned off every integration I could find.

I found the issue: Our develop branch is protected and still required travisci to pass, even though it wasn't integrated anymore. This may be a GitHub bug.
