MAINTAINERS: remove Richard Purdie as backlight maintainer

Remove Richard Purdie as backlight subsystem maintainer, akpm: Richard is still responsive and is reviewing some of the patches, but appears to agree that listing him as the maintainer is no longer appropriate.
