日本語文書で、揺れがあるのと、通常漢字にするところがひらがなになっているところがありました。

表記揺れ

だれ -> 誰
おもう -> 思う

普通は漢字にするかも

さいわい -> 幸い
なに -> 何
なん -> 何
ほしい -> 欲しい
いえます -> 言えます
炎上のしかた -> 炎上の仕方

Thank you. There will be several dozens of conference staffs in the conference so actually "a member of" is intentional.

チーム内にハラスメント対応窓口の担当メンバーが1人アサインされているケース(もしくは、RubyKaigiチームの全メンバー数が1名の場合)ならplease contact the memberになりますね。
RubyKaigiチームは特にそのような体制になっているわけではないので、何かあったらスタッフの誰でも良いから目についた任意の誰かに速やかに連絡をください、という対応になっています。
つまり、please contact any of the membersの意味でplease contact a memberという表現になっています。

よく見たら of のあとも conference staff (無冠詞) となっていて、「人 of 人」(staff の member)となってしまっていますね。人 of 人よりは、one of the conference staffs か a staff of the conference がよいような気もします。

担当者が1人という場合でも、「please contact the member」という形にならないですね。なんでかというと、「the member」というと、メンバーが複数いるはずなのでその中から1人を指摘しているように聞こえますが、その指摘の対象がないわけです。「please contact the member of conference staff responsible for harassment」とかだったらわかります。ただ「please contact the member of conference staff immediately.」ですと何か足りないように聞こえます。
