Solves Riddler Classic from When Will The Arithmetic Anarchists Attack?

Run with ./find_winners.py ncaa_games.txt or python find_winners.py ncaa_games.txt. Optionally, enter a filename as a second argument to save the champions (and their degree of seperation from Villanova) to that file. Teams that were not the champion are printed with a degree of seperation equal to -1.
