You can find a comprehensive guide to running DeepDreamAnim at Overstruck. http://overstruck.com/
Three tutorials are available at overstruck.
The first details how to make gifs and videos under Ubuntu.
The second talks about changing variables in the deep dream code (not animator exclusive).
The third talks about running DeepDream via Linux emulation under Windows using Vagrant. There isn't an accompanying explanation yet about how to run DeepDreamAnim under Vagrant. If you want to dream animations under windows, have a look at the other DeepdreamAnim wiki page about installing all the dependancies.
