TiTiler.openEO adds the following capabilities:
Submitting a custom graph in synchronous processing (POST /openeo/result)
Create and delete new secondary web services (POST/DELETE /openeo/services) with a custom graph. The creation and deletion of secondary web services is authorized only by an admin user with an API key.
