Report timestamps follow current timezone

UserDefaults used by UserDefaultsReporter can be overridden

Events and screens won't add caller info to log

Fixes log file creation issue

On first launch creating the log file will disappear after 1 second, so we handle the error and create a new log file if that occurs.

File location provided during setup

Neccessary for apps using app groups to be able to control where the file is created.

Changed Package to indicate framework is dynamic

Disabled pipe in simulator.
